As a Certified Mindfulness Based Psychedelic Guide and Integration Coach in Boulder, Colorado, I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals and couples to explore psychedelic experiences and integrate their insights into their daily lives.

The pre-journey work involves mindfulness practices, intention setting, and introducing tools to help clients feel prepared before their psychedelic journey. This preparation is essential in creating a conducive mindset and environment for the experience.

The post-journey integration phase is crucial for integrating the lessons and insights gained during the psychedelic journey. By working together with clients, I help process and understand the experience, heal traumas, change beliefs and patterns, and recognize triggers.

I see myself as an educated, caring, and compassionate guide who facilitates the connection between the medicines and my clients in a mindful, safe and harm-reducing manner.

I am a certified Psychedelic Guide and Integration Coach and continue to educate myself as new research is made available. My background is in clinical research, with a degree in neuroscience, which is where my interest in psychedelics as a method to healing started.

In addition to psychedelic therapy, I incorporate other modalities such as meditation, sound healing, and breathwork into the practice. These practices serve as powerful tools for integration.

Overall, my holistic approach combines the use of psychedelics, mindfulness, integration coaching, and other modalities to create a comprehensive and supportive framework for people seeking transformative experiences.

Kambo, also known as Sapo, Dow-kiet, Campu, and Vacino de Floresta is the venom of phyllomedusa bicolor, the Giant Waxy Monkey Tree Frog of the lower Amazon basin. It is a traditional shamanic healing ritual originating from indigenous Amazonian cultures, primarily practiced by tribes in the Amazon rainforest.

Kambo involves the application of the secretions from the skin of the frog to small burns on the skin. The frog's secretions contain various bioactive peptides and is used as a purgative and cleansing ritual, both physical and spiritual.

I am a trained Kambo facilitator and it was an instant calling after my first experience. I have since completed several trainings, and a Kambo dieta in Peru to deepen my own practice and knowledge of this amazing medicine.

I offer 1:1 and small group sessions for Kambo.

I require anyone that has not experienced the medicine prior to complete a 3 day inoculation (3 sessions in a moon-cycle, preferably 3 days in a row), to connect with the medicine.
